The Widder Hotel has been created from nine formerly distinct medieval houses by Swiss architect Tilla Theus and a team of a 1000 conservation builders. Every room in the Widder has exquisite finishes and betrays the medieval origins of the building, although the level of comfort is wholly contemporary. There are directional LED reading lamps, adjustable beds, Bang and Olufsen TVs and Nespresso machines throughout. And for the ultimate in luxury relaxation, why not watch a favourite film on the integrated mirror while enjoying a long soak in the bath. The suites in the Widder are even more luxurious, with a different styling and layout in each one. Tiled stoves, grisaille murals and elegant stuccos are just some of the signature design elements that feature throughout.
