As you’d expect from the Fasano family, the gourmet dining is exceptional. The Restaurante do Hotel gives Fasano’s classic Italian dishes a regional slant with the addition of fresh vegetables, herbs and spaces from Boa Vista Farm. But it is its lakeside setting that will probably linger longest in the memory, particularly if it’s preceded with a cocktail in the elegant Lobby Bar.
